Chevalier Classic gives you a car, and much like the Monster Truck DLC you'll probably never use it, sure it's one of the fastest cars in the game and has great handling but it's probably not going to be of much use to you in game, with the exception of races which I never really did. If you're going to pick it up get it on sale or in the Just Cause Collection.
