If you're playing when you buy it, you need to exit the game, go to your Steam client, go to the games entry in your library and on the DLC list, enable this Gold Edition.Login to the game, press Alt + C, on the upper right corner there'll be a "Soulgem Storage Box", click on it, it will deploy a new item on the right, right-click it with your mouse, then close that window and press I key (not 1 nor L, press I) to access your inventory and there'll be a new item, right-click that one and you'll get a lot of new items, including the 10,000 souls.There are a few items that you need to bound to activate them (right-click the item and then accept the bound to character).You have to name the pet and the activate it (search on the bottom right corner for the first icon, I can't remember at the moment).Also, check the other reviews saying they only got 1,000 Soulgems and look at ther profiles and games owned. I truly doubt their intentions and transparency.
